What we collect

If you use the booking form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give it
• What you would like to do (audit, website, or something else)
• Anything you type in the “Anything we should know?” field

We do not collect payment details through this website.

Why we collect it

We use this information to reply to you, prepare for an AI efficiency audit or website conversation, and keep a record of enquiries we have received. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you have chosen to send, and taking steps at your request before any contract.

How we use it

We use your details only to handle your enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or automated profiling.

How it is stored and protected

Form submissions are sent by email to hello@shifttoai.co.uk and stored in the inbox and systems we use to run SHIFT. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to you. We use reputable hosting and email services with standard security measures.

Who we share it with

We share information only where it is needed to operate the website and deliver your enquiry, for example:

• Our website hosting provider
• The form and email service that delivers enquiries to us
• Our email provider

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months, or for as long as we are actively working with you. We then delete it, unless we need to keep it longer to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• See the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information in certain cases
• Restrict or object to how we use it
• Receive a copy of it in a portable format

Cookies

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. If any strictly necessary cookies are set by the hosting platform to keep the site working, they are used only for that purpose. We do not run a cookie banner because we do not set non-essential cookies.
